Cheesemonger

We are a small, unique shop in the heart of downtown St Charles, IL.  Half our space is a cozy wine bar, and the other half is a small specialty market with a cut-to-order cheese counter.  We usually have between 30-50 cheeses on hand, and we would love to hire a cheesemonger to take over the complete operation of the cheese counter.  This position requires expereince working as a cheesemonger, including ordering, curating a selection, care / storage, and sales.  Opportunities to teach pairing classes are available as well.
