Job Summary:

We are seeking a self-driven, enthusiastic Operations Manager with a strong background in project management. Experience in cheese production is beneficial. This role requires a practical, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment with a keen eye for detail. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our creamery, ensuring that our production processes are efficient, our products maintain the highest quality, and our team operates smoothly. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is essential for managing production schedules, inventory, and logistics.

Qualifications:

• Operations Manager (or similar role) experience.
• Cheese or dairy industry experience with knowledge of cheese production preferred.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven with a proactive attitude, able to work independently and take initiative.
