Cheesemonger

Wally's Malibu will proudly be opening up mid May and we are accepting resumes for the Cheesemonger and Cheesemonger Supervisor positions.

Wally's Malibu will feature a Cheesebox, small kitchen and wine retail. Candidates should have the necessary Cheesemonger skills including, cheese prep, cutting, wrapping, retail knowledge and cheese platter assembly. The job will also require sandwich preparation, retail sales, cheese/wine pairings and guest interactions.
