Cheesemaker

Immediate opening! We are a small, award winning creamery north of Santa Fe, New Mexico.  From milk produced by goats and cows here on the farm, we pride ourselves on a variety of yogurts, artisanal soft and aged cheeses. We also have a bakery producing sourdough breads and bagels and other baked goods.

As a recipient of numerous grants, we are expanding our products and need a person experienced in mozzarella and gouda, to add to our production of aged cheeses (camembert, colby, jack, brie, etc.) We are looking for a responsible, team player, with attention to detail, who can organize sequenced production on a daily and weekly basis and loves cheese. Some experience is a must, and there are local oppotunities for continuing cheese classes.
