Pump incoming milk from tank trucks to storage tank, and compute and record volume of milk received.
Transfer milk to storage silos, read milk flow meter, and record volume pumped.
Perform antibiotic and other laboratory tests of milk and cheese samples as required.
Handling, moving, connecting, disconnecting, cleaning, and inspecting receiving area.
Prepare and standardize milk/ cream additions.
Prepare products within established time frame
Communicate any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the quality and efficiency of production.
Ensure all required documentation is legible, accurate, and completed in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Promote and follow company policies, safety, food safety, and quality programs.
Prepare and complete data entry reports
Minimize milk and product loss
CIP for all equipment both Cow & Goat
Clean and sanitize equipment using the CIP system for internal surface areas.
CIP Connections (hook-up and disassemble)
Manually clean the walls and floor area within the HTST room.
Wash and sanitize tank interior and exterior, receiving lines, and tanks.
Ensure all required documentation is legible, accurate, and completed in accordance with sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs)
