  • Manage team for cheese production
  • Produce cheese requested quantities as specified by the daily production plan
  • Ensure that the quality of the product meets or exceeds standards
  • Report any product/quality concerns to management
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and any/all established processes and policies
  • Comprehension of basic math calculations
  • Must maintain excellent attendance
  • Maintain clean and neat work areas
  • Delegating and supervising daily tasks, ensuring work is done in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintaining and upholding all aspects of our food safety plan, and helping others to do the same
  • Follow all communicated health, safety, security, and emergency requirements
  • Work in a safe manner and communicate any safety hazard to a supervisor
  • Ability to calmly respond to equipment or other problems and find solutions
  • Strong listening skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Scheduling flexibility – to work different shifts when required and to work weekends if needed


  • Previous experience in a food production/processing facility, preferred
  • Some leadership experience.
  • Prefer those who can communicate verbally in English and Spanish with cross-functional team members, supervisors, and other team members
